I just want to let you know thatI got 4th at the empire national tournament!! I will probably get a video of my matches to you soon. but i would like to thank you for all of your help because I used some of my judo techniques during my match! I didn’t get many chances to use an actual judo move but its just the technique and the way grappling is from your class that helped me!
Due to your great teaching my wrestling was alot more smoother and i used alot less energy during my matches.
