Roy Dean is not just an awesome Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) instructor but a charitable swell guy. Check out his latest project to help Muscular Dystrophy Association. I wish I have $100 to spare because his video are very well edited and produced. Not only that but all the money will go to help find a cure for Muscular Dystrophy.

Next week, I’m set to be “locked up” and put “behind bars” for the Muscular Dystrophy Association annual fundraiser!

Muscular dystrophy is a group of disorders that involve muscle weakness and loss of muscle tissue that get worse over time. As an active jiu jitsu player, I can’t imagine a more debilitating disease and I’d like to do my part to help find a cure!

PLEASE HELP BAIL ME OUT, and you’ll get something very good in return 🙂

For every donation of $100, I will ship you my complete DVD collection, or any titles you may be missing:

  • Year One Seminars
  • Blue Belt Requirements
  • Purple Belt Requirements
  • Art of the Wrist lock
  • NO GI Essentials
