Turning Point Training Methods

I had to go to Toronto on a business trip on Thursday. Originally I was supposed to train with Mohammad Khorrami, my Judo & Grappling instructor.

Unfortunately Mohammad wasn’t in town. I manage to hook up with my buddy Alan. Alan told me about a really good gym he has been training for about 6 months.

The gym he brought me to was in the garage of someone’s house. We have arrive at Toronto’s best kept secret training place – Turning Point Training Methods (www.sbgtoronto.com) – home of Jason Lancucki’s gym. The gym was a size of 2 car garage but have all the amenity of a small gym. The gym’s flooring is covered by a 2 inch wrestling mats, banana punching bags, focus mitts, Thai pads, etc.

Jason’s instruction was top notch and was always personal, making sure that you were comfortable with intensity and training.

Turning Point Training Methods is also a Straight Blast Gym Affiliate Training Group. As some of you guys know I am a big fan of Matt Thornton and his training method and methodology. So as you might have guess I had a blast of time, and soak up everything I was expose to.

I hope to be able to train with Jason every time I had a chance to go to Toronto. If you have a chance check out Turning Point Training Methods, you won’t be disappointed.
