Self Defense
Mong has been a great teacher of self-defense for me. I have been looking for a hands-on and practical course like his for many years. Mong has been patient, accomodating, and considerate of my busy schedule. As a mental health counselor, I often deal with challenging clients and their families. Mong has taught me skills that I can use in many settings for me to become more comfortable and empowered. These moves are practical and realistic; I have learned many life-saving techniques. I think every woman should take a self-defense class like Mong’s.
