Finger Lakes Community College Health and Fitness Day
Finger Lakes Community College will be hosting a Health and Fitness Day, an excellent program the College’s chapter of Phi Theta Kappa has put together for Saturday, March 27, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the gym. One of the highlights will be an opening presentation by Kristen Thorsness, an Ontario County attorney who earned gold in rowing at the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles. No Class This Tuesday
Hi All, There will be no class this Tuesday – March 23, 2010. I will be going to Finger Lakes Community College to help out with their Judo. Fusion Mixed Martial Arts can have class on Saturday if anyone is interested. I need to have @ least 3 students to make this viable Thanks, Mong 315.398.8354

Meeting the Needs of the Students
Next week I will be returning to my full time job as a teacher assistant in the Savannah Elementary School computer lab. In the last 4 years I have been super busy teaching some kind of skills or knowledge base curriculum to many groups of individuals.
