I have been coming to Fusion Mixed Martial Arts Ultimate Focus Mitt Workout for with Mr. Phu for four weeks now. It has been a great experience. You have someone working with you one on one through the entire session. Mr. Phu also does the exercises with you. He doesn't expect you to do anything that he won't do. He pushes hard, which I appreciate. I also attend a local 27/7 gym and can tell you that there is absolutely no comparison. I would be sweaty after leaving the gym, but not challenged. Here I am challenged. I have lost 17 pounds in four sessions, along with changes in my diet. I plan on signing up for another six sessions with Mr. Phu to continue with increasing strength and losing additional weight. Ralph Bell, August 2010
