Sensei Nageyasu Ogasawara holds an 8th Dan in Judo. He authored the definitive text on Judo, The Textbook of Judo. From 1984 to 1989, he was an associate professor at the United States branch of Kokushikan University. For 7 years, 1988 – 1995, he was the head coach for the west point military Academy Judo team. In addition, Sensei Ogasawara received the coach of the year award from the US Olympic Committee and Metropolitan Judo Association in 1991. Two of his students, including his daughter Liliko, made the US Olymic Judo Team. Sensei Ogasawara is also chief Judo instructor at NEMA Dojo in Rochester, New York.
Eduardo Rene Sanchez is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blackbelt under UFC and ADCC champion Ricco Rodriguez and is known as Ricco’s first and only Blackbelt. He currently trains many world class grapplers and mixed martial artists, some who compete in the Ultimate Fighting Championships. Genesis has hosted many of the sport’s elite including Rampage Jackson, Dean Lister, Mark Kerr, Justin McCully, Jason Chambers, Drew Fickett and Robert Drysdale. Edward is also undefeated in MMA but despite his prowess in the fighting arena his greatest strength is his ability to convey the essense of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to his students.
