Probably the training method that Muay Thai is most known for is Thai Pad training session. Your Muay Thai trainer wears a set of Thai pads, a stomach pad and shin guards which allows you to attack him as if he were an opponent. Worn by a coach, the Thai Pad workout training session will develop your footwork, co-ordination and spatial awareness, physical stamina and endurance, technique and speed / power with an emphasis on ring control and sparring skills.
