Jimmy Cruller @ 7th Annual Sensei Jim Grafe Memorial Karate Tournament

May, 2009 · Filed Under Karate, TournamentI would like to congratulate Jimmy Cruller, a 2nd grader at the Red Creek School District After School Martial Arts Program funded by the Advantage After School Program. Jimmy competed in the 7th Annual Sensei Jim Grafe Memorial Karate Tournament. Jimmy was one of 4 students invited to be part of the Young Lions Competition Team early in February 2009. Jimmy has been training consistently, only missing a few training sessions.
In both of his matches, Jimmy lost to a very close split discussion in the over time portion of the karate match and came in fourth place in the Beginner over 5-7 years old boys Full Contact division (also known as Semi Full Contact Kyokushin Karate – due to the use of headgear and gloves).
