With no martial arts background, I joined Fusion Mixed Martial Arts six months ago, and have learned a lot in that time. Mong is very passionate and knowledgeable about what he teaches, and is very good at breaking down techniques and intricate movements that are easily overlooked. There is also a challenge at every class at Fusion, and that is to push yourself harder than you did the class before to become a better striker, grappler, and MMA fighter.
