Our striking program consist of Thai Boxing, Dirty Boxing, and some elements of full contact karate (Kyokushin Karate)
Striking 4 Mixed Martial Arts can be divided in 2 phrase – attached and unattached striking.
With unattached striking we culled techniques from Thai Boxing, and full contact karate. In the attached striking phase we employed techniques from Thai Boxing and dirty boxing.
In the attached striking phase – the clinch work we employed are from Dirty Boxing, Greco Roman tied up and Muay Thai Plum
