This is the place to train. I lost over 40 lbs in about 3 months. I did not just learn mixed martial arts, but I also lean respect and the history of the sport. I am happy to be a part of this martial arts school Rob Maloy Correction Officer and Amateur Mixed Martial Arts Competitor Related articles Sheldon Institute Holistic Martial Arts and Martial Arts Skill Development Workshop (fusionmma.com)

Dear Sensei Mong, My son Dave (13) and daughter Rachael (11) have attended several of your various classes. You have an astute ability to seek out and blend various martial arts disciplines and fitness techniques in your own unique system, yet this is a very real-world applicable program for kids and adults alike. All the while, building on your own solid expertise and an already strong and progressive program. You also infuse sound character values, ethics and moral philosophy into [...]
Hey Sensei Phu, I just want to let you know thatI got 4th at the empire national tournament!! I will probably get a video of my matches to you soon. but i would like to thank you for all of your help because I used some of my judo techniques during my match! I didn’t get many chances to use an actual judo move but its just the technique and the way grappling is from your class that helped me! [...]
Sensei Mong Phu: Thanks once again for serving as guest lecturer in my Judo Class at Finger Lakes Community College. The students were absolutely blown away by your expertise, your progressive teaching style, and your pleasant/down-to-earth demeanor. Because of your kind investment of your personal time on behalf of my students, they will always be aware of the benefits of having a truly professional martial arts instructor guide them as they pursue their martial arts training adventures. Most importantly they [...]
I am in my fifties. I was very fortunate to meet Sensei Mong Phu at Dr.Moore’s Saturday morning semi-private classes. I have a black belt in Karate, instructorship in Wing Chun and I am still studying Boxing, Muay Thai, Filipino Martial Arts, JKD, Silat and Catch Wrestling. I started to train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with Mong and it was fantastic. His instruction has help my grappling improved tremendously. If you want a humble and gifted martial arts instructor, go to [...]
I’ve trained briefly with Sensei Mong and I highly recommend his dojo. He is a great teacher and is very experienced with various martial arts techniques. His teaching style is simple and easy to understand, and can be readily used in an emergency situation. If I could go anywhere to train. Fusion Mixed Martial Arts is the first place I would choose.
I have been training at Fusion Mixed Martial Arts school for about half an year now. Although I had studied some martial arts when growing up, it has been twenty years since! Being in my forties, I was somewhat apprehensive whether this is something I can do. Sensei Mong has been an excellent trainer and has helped me to get more in shape. And as an instructor he has helped me to develop the skills and confidence necessary to survive [...]
Though I have had no previous martial arts experience, in the 10 months I have been training with Sensei Mong I have learned so much. So much so, that in July I competed in a submission only grappling tournament (in the adult division – please note Greg is only 15 years old). Mong has a great love for martial arts and his teaching style makes everything very easy understand. In his classes, you are guaranteed to get a good workout, [...]
My name is Andrew Singer. I am 20 years old and I am from Long Island. I spent some time training with Sensei Mong this fall when I came up to college. Having only experience in wrestling, but no actual judo or jujitsu under my belt I was ne…rvous to begin MMA training. My first day there I instantly regained my comfort with the environment and pace of his classes. If I did not have extremely demanding college courses right [...]
