District Health and Wellness
Once again, I will be participating in the Clyde-Savannah School District “Working for Wellness” Health Fair, which will be held during the half-day Superintendent’s Conference Day on Friday, May 9, 2008, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. I will be giving a 30 minute Fusion Kick Fit class focusing on strength, and cardio training. The last 30 minute of the fair I will be demonstrating some Fusion Mixed Martial Arts self defense techniques.
