I have trained at Fusion Mixed Martial Arts for about eight months now, and it has been a very fruitful and enjoyable journey. Mong Phu provides first hand insight to the technical and conceptual principles underlying all that he teaches. He is able to effectively break techniques down so that they are easily learned and he has a very scientific approach to his critiquing of movement. One of the greatest components of Mong's teaching method is his ability to act as a facilitator rather than a strict instructor. He is able to teach in a way that encourages growth by allowing you to perform techniques organically as opposed to strictly.

I have been training with Mong now for about 3 months. Out of the 5 years mixed martial training I have many coaches. Mong is hands down the top coach and trainer around. Since I have been in the sport I have got to tried different styles of MMA training and coaching method through the years and found Mong has the most practical techniques and up to date fighting for MMA and obviously the street. Oh yeah he has one killer conditioning program too! I plan to continue to train with Mong through the years to come. Marc Balistreri
