Master Ishmael “Boy” Garcia is a former National Yaw-Yan and Kickboxing Champion of the Philippines. His career spanned more than 20 years and he holds knock-out victories over champions from many other styles and countries. He retired undefeated.
In the 1980′s Master Boy founded Sibukan-Arnis with his brother Master Fred Garcia. Sibukan Arnis is a full-contact all round fighting system. Master Boy has also trained with some of the top names in FMA in the Philippines for many years.
