    As some of you know, I work a lot on the computer. As a graphic/web designer I need access to the internet. I recently subscribe to the Verizon Wireless Broadband service.     I just got an email from Stephen Koepfer, President, American Sambo Association. Hi all, This Friday or Saturday, the New York Times will be publishing an fairly comprehensive article on Sambo.     Last week was a striking week with focus on the Muay Thai and Boxing. It was also the fourth of July weekend, which means we work hard Monday and Wednesday and then we have Friday off to enjoy the festivites of the weekend.     Last week was one of the best weeks I’ve had in a while. Monday and Wednesday the class was doing Judo and Grappling which was well needed practice considering I was going to Toronto, Ontario, Canada on Friday with Mong. We also started doing Budokon conditioning workouts to start out the class. They’re pretty strenuous exercises that work your core as well as other parts of your body.
