Last week was a striking week with focus on the Muay Thai and Boxing. It was also the fourth of July weekend, which means we work hard Monday and Wednesday and then we have Friday off to enjoy the festivites of the weekend. Last week was one of the best weeks I’ve had in a while. Monday and Wednesday the class was doing Judo and Grappling which was well needed practice considering I was going to Toronto, Ontario, Canada on Friday with Mong.
